Hagie Detasseler

    Detasseler tractors are built upon the Hagie 473 chassis.  Hydraulic rotary cutters are mounted on the forward folding toolbar and controlled in pairs.  Each pair may be turned on and off separately and are fully adjustable to conform to any row spacing.   Working height is controlled hydraulically through electric stack valves operating single acting rams.  The cutter drive is accomplished through a three section rotary flow divider, with each section operating a cutter pair.  Units are available in either four or six row configurations.  Four row units (pictured) will have the advantage of a spare circuit for other user applications.
